It's a detox, so the company recommends taking a 4-6 week break in between uses. This also should not be taken for a long period of time. If you're just looking to cleanse your body and try to decrease bloat then this is geared more towards you. It could help if taken along with a good diet and regular exercise, but I don't think it would give someone who's looking for a big change the desired results if no other changes are made. If your goal is drastic weight loss this alone is not for you. Also my decrease in snacking probably helped ease bloat since I wasn't eating as many snacks with sodium! After the first week I didn't have any issues with it, so if you have a sensitive stomach I would start off with smaller cups. To help ease my stomach I started drinking a smaller cup of the Night Cleanse and also didn't let the tea bag soak for as long. It takes about 10-12 hours for the natural laxatives to take effect, so I recommend drinking it earlier in the evening if you have plans the next morning, since I found it upset my stomach the first week (this can be a side effect). Some of these are natural laxatives so it's recommended to drink this tea right before bed. The ingredients in the Night Cleanse include Ginger Root, Peppermint, Orange Leaves, Licorice Root, Lemon Grass, Hawthorn Berries, Senna Leaves, and Psyllium Husk.

I feel like the biggest change I noticed was that it made me feel more full throughout the day and that I wasn't snacking as much.
